Mulling Spice Recipes
Hot Mulled Wine or Cider
- 2 Quarts of Wine or Cider
- 1 Tbsp of Mulling Spice
Slowly bring to a boil, simmer covered for 20 minutes. Refrigerate leftovers and reheat in microwave, one cup at a time as needed

Note: Burgundy wine or other juices may be used.
Note: A party percolator works well for doubling or tripling the recipe. Tie spices in a cheesecloth bag.
Place contents of package into a clean jar. Shake well. It is important to mix up the spices before making each recipe. Store remaining dry mix in a cool, dry place.
