Amore at First Bite - French Onion Focaccia Bread Mix

Bread Flour, Onion, Garlic, Parsley, Leeks, Black Pepper, Kosher Salt, Yeast, Sorbitan Monostearate, Ascorbic Acid

Combine the French Onion Focaccia Mix with 1 Tbs. Olive Oil and 1 Cup Warm Water in a bowl. Stir 1 full minute.

Place parchment paper on the bottom of your pan. Spread 1 Tbs. Olive Oil on the paper and up the side of the pan.

Place the dough on the parchment, spread out with dampened fingers. Let rise 30 minutes in a warm place. With dampened fingers poke holes throughout the dough. Drizzle 2 Tbs. Olive Oil over the dough.

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Bake 18-22 minutes until golden brown. Carefully slide the bread onto a rack and cool for 10 minutes before serving.
