    Onion, Tomato, Parsley, Oregano, Garlic, Pepper and Rosemary.

    Each Package:

    Yields 2 Batches

    (1 Batch= 2 Cups of Product)

    It's Greek To Me! Dip Recipes

    As A Spread:

    • 8 oz Cream Cheese (regular or light), softened
    • ½ cup Mayonnaise
    • ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
    • ½ cup Kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
    • 5 Tbs. It's Greek To Me!

    Combine all ingredients. Place in an appropriate container and cover. Refrigerate for at least three hours. (It gets even better over time). Serve on bagels, pita bread, crackers, or melba rounds.

    As A Dip:

    • 1 Cup Mayonnaise
    • 1 Cup Sour Cream
    • ½ cup Kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
    • 5 Tbs. It's Greek To Me!

    Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate at least three hours. Serve with fresh vegetables, crackers, etc. One package will make both recipes!

    NOTE: Place contents of package into a clean jar. Shake well. It is important to mix up the spices before making each recipe. Store remaining dry mix in a cool, dry place.

    Our family loves this packet of spices. We make it as the dip often. For my mother’s 102 birthday party it was a hit. Whenever I serve it people comment and want to know what it is. I am like a walking commercial for this packet of spice.

    Talk about an explosion of flavor in your mouth! You can't go wrong with a delish dip of kalamata olives, feta cheese combined with a mélange of garlic, rosemary, and oregano. Serve with some toasted pita bread and graciously accept the compliments from your guests.

    Dip was outstanding. Kalamata olives added made dip extra special with a salty zest.
