Charlie's Choice - Dip Mix

This was shocking excellent. I am over the top picky. I will buy this the rest of my life. I haven't tried my white albacore tuna salad yet, but it was perfect with white chicken breast, real mayo, and just celery. I didn't add any salt/pepper or garlic (goes in all my food). It was a fresh taste.

Used it for tuna salad. It was delicious. Only had 1 small can tuna so I reduced the recipe by half. I also will make it earlier next time to get the vegetables and seasonings a chance to re-hydrate longer in the refrigerator. Will definitely make again!

I sold To Market To Market products in my gourmet food/housewares store from the late 1980's to 2007. We used Charlie's Choice in our tuna salad croissant sandwiches. Customers bought thousands of them over the years and always asked how they were made. We sold lots of the mix as well. I still use it in my home. It's not good tuna salad without Charlie's Choice!

Tried this from a sample packet we purchased while on vacation on the east coast this summer and recently ordered a big bag! It's so divine.... and our whole family loves it!!! We will be regular customers and ordering more soon!
