As a Seasoning

Dip your clean fish or boneless chicken breast into 1 to 2 Tbs. dry CRAVIN’ CREOLE Mix. After coating, sauté in a small amount of oil until done.

For Shrimp

Place 1 Tbs. oil in a frying pan. Heat to med-high. Add 1 lb. Shrimp, shelled or unshelled. Sprinkle with 1 Tbs. dry CRAVIN’ CREOLE. Stir-fry until shrimp turns pink. Serve hot or cold with Spicy Seafood Sauce.

Cravin' Creole Rice

I tried the Creole rice recipe suggested on the Craving pack, sauteed the rice with olive oil, a bit of onion and Creole, cooked it in chicken broth. Perfect match for my chicken dinner! By all means a winner!

So delicious I'm giving the dip mixes as Xmas presents. Hairdresser, teachers, co-workers. Sure beats another candle!
