Roasted Red Kickin' Chicken Kabobs
Needed:
- 2 Chicken Breasts or 1lb Flank Steak
- Roasted Red the Pepper Spread
- Olive Oil
- Assorted Vegetables (Bell Peppers, Red Onion, Zucchini, Mushrooms, Pineapple etc.)
- Kabob Skewers/ Sticks
Instructions:
1. Cut Chicken/Steak and Vegetables into 1" pieces or desired size for Kabobs
2. Combine in Large Ziploc Bag (Recipe for every 2 chicken breasts used)
- Chicken Pieces or Flank Steak
- 2 tbsp of Roasted Red Seasoning
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
3. Refrigerate Minimum 4 hours
4. Build kabobs on skewers and BBQ until meat is fully cooked to your liking
5. Enjoy!
