Roasted Red Kickin' Chicken Kabobs


  • 2 Chicken Breasts or 1lb Flank Steak
  • Roasted Red the Pepper Spread
  • Olive Oil
  • Assorted Vegetables (Bell Peppers, Red Onion, Zucchini, Mushrooms, Pineapple etc.)
  • Kabob Skewers/ Sticks



1. Cut Chicken/Steak and Vegetables into 1" pieces or desired size for Kabobs

2. Combine in Large Ziploc Bag (Recipe for every 2 chicken breasts used)

3. Refrigerate Minimum 4 hours

4. Build kabobs on skewers and BBQ until meat is fully cooked to your liking

5. Enjoy!
