BAGEL BUDDY ‘N CRACKER BACKER
8 oz Cream Cheese, softened (regular or light)
4 Tbs THAI ONE ONE!
1/3 cup Chunky Peanut Butter
Soften the cream cheese in the microwave (following package directions), or soften at room temperature. Mix the seasonings, peanut butter and cream cheese together. Refrigerate for at least three hours. Extra peanuts, coconut, raisins, or green onions may be added. Serve as a spread for bagels, crackers, pita bread, etc.
½ Cup Mayonnaise
½ Cup Sour Cream
2 Tbs. THAI ONE ON!
¼ Cup Chunky Peanut Butter
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for three hours or longer. Serve with cooked, cold vegetables like broccoli and cauliflower or cold shrimp.
NOTE: Place contents of package into a clean jar. Shake well. It is important to mix up the spices before making each recipe. Store remaining dry mix in a cool, dry place.
