Yields 3 batches
Shrimply Delicious Dip
1 Cup Sour Cream
1 Cup Mayonnaise
3 Tbs. SHRIMPLY DELICIOUS
8 oz. Baby Shrimp
Squeeze extra moisture out of shrimp by placing in paper towels and squeezing firmly. Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate at least 3 hours. Serve within 48 hours. Serve with crackers, sourdough bread chunks or vegetables.
Hot Shrimp Sandwich
Spread mixture on toasted English muffin or sourdough bread. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and place in toaster oven or broiler until bubbly.

Squeeze moisture from 1 cup of shrimp and mix with 1 cup Mayonnaise, 1 cup grated Parmesan Cheese, 2 Tbs. SHRIMPLY DELICIOUS. Place in oven proof serving dish. Refrigerate for 3 hours. Bake at 375F for 10-15 minutes until warm and bubbly. May microwave. Serve immediately with crackers. Low fat products may be substituted.
Use Shrimply Delicious Dip Recipe above but double the amount of shrimp. At serving time place mixture in tomato or avocado..
NOTE: Place contents of package into a clean jar. Shake well. It is important to mix up the spices before making each recipe. Store remaining dry mix in a cool, dry place.
