Cheese Spread For Crackers
8 oz Cream Cheese
¼ Cup Mayonnaise
3 Tbs CURRY AND SPICE MIX
Mix 3 Tbs. GINGER AND CURRY Mix with Mayonnaise and softenend cream cheese. Place in serving container and store in refrigerator until serving time. Best made ahead.
Any or all of the following condiments enhance this ginger-curry cheese spread and may be placed on top of it: Chutney, Chopped Peanuts, Crisp Chopped Bacon, Chopped Green Onions, Coconut, Raisins. Serve with crackers.
To serve as a Vegetable dip: Mix ½ cup Mayonnaise with 1 ½ tsp dry mix. Refrigerate before serving. Good with cold vegetables or cold shrimp.
NOTE: Place contents of package into a clean jar. Shake well. It is important to mix up the spices before making each recipe. Store remaining dry mix in a cool, dry place.
